Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney’s south.

Christopher McLeod, aged 22, was last seen on Cliff Avenue, Peakhurst Heights, about 5.30pm today (Friday 9 September 2022).

When he could not be located by family members officers from St George Police Area Command were notified and immediately commenced inquiries to locate him.

Family and Police hold concerns for his welfare due to him living with autism as well as him having a number of health conditions.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 190cm tall, large build, short brown hair and clean shaven.

Christopher was last seen wearing a black hat, black hoodie jumper, black shirt, black trackpants and black leather shoes. He is also wearing a black backpack and maybe carrying a blue sleeping bag.

He is known to frequent the Peakhurst Heights, Mortdale, Penshurst and Riverwood areas.

Christopher may also be travelling on the rail network.
